There is no indication that this window is scrollable as the scroll bar is not visible - reference my screenshot above. It is simply that the Mac Affinity apps honor the system-wide General preference that controls when scroll bars are shown: If you want to see them all the time, choose the "Always" setting like in the screenshot.
