Do the reboot as suggested and then right click and OPEN. and see if that does it. If not try right clicking and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR which is normally not the best advice The one thing to check in between each try is task manager to make sure it didn't start and hang. mesbahworld Posted July 17, 2018 Author Share Posted July 17, 2018 I've tried all of this . Also did troubleshoot and restart pc so many times . Downloaded again but it doesn't work .
