iMac1943
I had to reinstall my iMac. So I had also to reinstall all the programs. I have AP and AD from the very beginning. I could easily download APhoto again, but I should pay again for Designer (See attachment) On the second attachment you can see that I have AD on my backup disk. walt.farrell
My guess: You have two accounts at the Mac store, and you used one of them to purchase Affinity Designer but the other to purchase Affinity Photo. Staff MEB Posted July 15, 2018 Staff Share Posted July 15, 2018 Hi iMac1943, If you have used the same Apple ID to buy both apps, log out the Mac App Store app then login again. Let me know if it didn't solve the issue. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference
iMac1943
Thank you both! Walt, you are right, I have 2 accounts (maybe that is wrong, don't know), but anyway I'm downloading AD now. With success! SrPx
