Cannot find records of my purchases

I purchased Affinity Photo (Mac) in 2017 and just purchased Affinity Designer (Mac) today 13 July 2018 on the App Store. But when I login to https://affinity.store/en-us/sign-in/, it seems to only show pages about Windows versions (cannot find a page with Mac applications ) and it does not show my purchases. What gives? How can I update this info?

Welcome to the Affinity Forums!

Serif do not have any record of Mac App Store purchases, and the Affinity Store is independent of any other forum account or Serif mailing list you may also be part of.

Essentially, if you bought it from Apple, you will find it in your Apple account.


Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

So sad that Apple has not chosen to allow a better linking of apps, their creator, and the customer.

As both a Serif customer and an Apple customer, I’m not at all sad that the two companies are unwilling to share individual customer data with each other.
