Are you able to attach the .afdesign or .afphoto file that you are trying to export from, so i can see if it's something in the file causing the issue? What format are you trying to export out as and what export settings are you using on the export panel. Also are you exporting the whole document or just certain art boards? If it's a network or external USB drive, can you try just exporting to the Desktop and see if that completes. Also, is this the Mac or Windows version of Designer? damionp Posted July 16, 2018 Author Share Posted July 16, 2018 I'm exporting to a network and I'm on a Mac version 10.13.6 It's also happening with Affinity Photo. Staff stokerg Posted July 17, 2018 Staff Share Posted July 17, 2018 Hi damionp, We wouldn't recommend exporting directly to a network drive or USB drives, can you try exporting to a local folder/location on your Mac, like the Desktop area. If it's the network thats at fault, there isn't much for us to patch and you'd be better speaking with your network admins. But again, we wouldn't recommend exporting directly to a network drive as we have no guarantee over the quality of connection to the network or the current network load, which would all have an effect on exporting directly.
