firstdefence
Is this Windows 7 32bit or 64bit? Affinity is 64Bit only as far as I know. - S -
Try downloading and running the 'Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter Tool' at the below link. This tool should hopefully fix the msi issue you have and allow you to then uninstall/install your Affinity program. https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed Same link in Spanish:https://support.microsoft.com/es-es/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed

- S -
OK try this:1) Run the Microsoft tool again to fix any errors2) Go to Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features. If Affinity Designer is listed as installed, right-click and go to 'Uninstall'3) Copy 'affinity-designer-1.6.4.104.exe' to your C: drive (such as C:\Users\Win7\Desktop) and run the exe from there, instead of from the location on your E: drive
