I read all forums, windows recomendations,... (6 hours in over that) and finally here.

Can anyone help me?

I need to install this tool yesterday. So, please need a urgent help or ....

Is this Windows 7 32bit or 64bit?

Affinity is 64Bit only as far as I know.

Try downloading and running the 'Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter Tool' at the below link.  This tool should hopefully fix the msi issue you have and allow you to then uninstall/install your Affinity program.

Unfortunately I have installed the patch and still have problems installing it.... it is available to download a version before I would like install a previous version....

Edit: I tried to install the previous version but I have the same problem :(

OK try this:
1) Run the Microsoft tool again to fix any errors
2) Go to Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features.  If Affinity Designer is listed as installed, right-click and go to 'Uninstall'
3) Copy 'affinity-designer-' to your C: drive (such as C:\Users\Win7\Desktop) and run the exe from there, instead of from the location on your E: drive
