Only if one of you owns or controls both Macs and then only that person can use it for commercial purposes the other person can only use it for personal use.

But check the full EULA just on case your situation is different to what I assume it is or you are planning a divorce in the near future..

The Mac versions of Affinity Photo & Affinity Designer are sold through the Mac App Store ("MAS"), which you can access from the "App Store..." item on the Apple menu. At the bottom of every MAS page is a link to "Terms and Conditions." This will be different for different countries or regions, but for example for the US the T&C page is at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html. From that, there is this:

- The term “App” includes apps, iMessage and Apple Watch apps, in-app purchases, extensions (such as keyboards), stickers, and subscriptions made available in an app. 

- You can use Apps on any device that you own or control. 

- Individuals acting on behalf of a commercial enterprise, governmental organization or educational institution (an “Enterprise”) may download and sync Apps for use by either (i) a single individual on one or more devices owned or controlled by an Enterprise; or (ii) multiple individuals on a single shared device owned or controlled by an Enterprise. For the sake of clarity, each device used serially or collectively by multiple users requires a separate license. 

Note that the terms are slightly different from the Windows versions regarding commercial use but for personal use the 'own or control' provision is the same. Serif also permits Family Sharing of its Affinity app sold through the MAS. See the "D. FAMILY SHARING" section of the T&C for usage rules regarding that, but basically it means up to 6 family members enrolled in Apple's Family Sharing plan can use the same license purchased by any one of them, & download & install the app on their own Mac(s) using their own Apple ID, again if this is for their personal non-commercial use.
