jonwright
I have an iPhone app which I use to create iPhone mockups. When exporting the generated png images, it includes a relatively large transparent area around the main image. When using Sketch, I can drag in the images and then re-export them without any editing, the transparent area surrounding the original image is automatically removed. Is there a way to easily remove this transparent area in AD or AP?
Staff Gabe Posted July 5, 2018 Staff Share Posted July 5, 2018 Hi @jonwright, I'm afraid you cannot crop-to-image automatically. if you have transparent areas, you would have to manually crop them using the crop tool. Edit: Carl123 is right. This will crop to the furthest edge. My bad 5 minutes ago, carl123 said: In AP Document > Clip Canvas may do what you want 1 Thanks, Gabe. carl123
In AP Document > Clip Canvas may do what you want Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.
