I know this wasnt possible when I asked a long time ago. But asking again just in case this has been changed.

Any way to convert your regular Affinity Photo license to a Windows Store licence?

The answer hasn’t changed because it can’t change. The Affinity Store is run by Serif, and the Microsoft Store is run by Microsoft. Serif and MS (quite rightly!) don’t share details about individual customers, so there’s no way for either company to find out about your purchase in order to determine that you qualify to swap a licence from one store for the equivalent licence from the other store.
