I did what was suggested in the posts but it still won't work. - I have the pixel layer selected -I chose the flood select tool -Right clicking won't do anything (and it works on other programs so the problem seems to be somewhere in Affinity Photo) so I went to the menu and chose rasterize. The whole photo is selected all around the edges and when I right click and move the mouse nothing happens. The tool simply does nothing at all. What am I doing wrong? R C-R Posted July 3, 2018 Share Posted July 3, 2018 Don't right-click. That won't do anything. The Flood Select Tool is designed for either clicking or dragging on the canvas. Do check the Mode. If it is set to "subtract" it will not add anything to an existing selection or create a new one.
