cmscss
Hi There, I've recently experienced two data breaches on other websites so am now removing non-essential accounts and ALL ASSOCIATED DATA. How do I do this? Cheers Ben

Greg222
I've received a security breach connected to your website. I have tried to update my password but it tells me the current password is incorrect (even though I just used that password to login). Please advise how I can either change my password or delete my account.

I get that message from various different websites, and it's not because there's been a data breach. It's because I miss-typed my information, user name or password. Do you get a prompt for you to try again? (I think you do). Most do allow you to try multiple times. Most financial institutions will only allow a few attempts before they lock you out, and then you have to call them on the phone. In fact like most, there's a Show button so you can see if you're typing in the correct password. Then the Forgot Password option. If you have, then use it to set a new one. Just pay attention to what you're entering If you still feel there's some major issue then you can contact them.... The accounts are separate, though of course you may have chosen to use the same email and password for both.
