mike.marcacci
Hey there! I'm loving the 32 bit panorama stitching in Affinity Photo, but have a suggestion that should be quite easy to implement and add serious value to the tool. Right now, the panorama module appears to only use 32bit mode with EXR source files; when using RAW/DNG, it renders a 16bit panorama. While it's possible to use Affinity's "New HDR Merge" module without tone mapping to produce the EXR, this is extremely tedious and appears to be impossible to automate with a batch job. It seems like it would be quite simple for the panorama module to convert source DNGs to EXRs rather than apply a default tone mapping. This would make 32 bit panoramas much easier to create for what I image are the vast majority of potential uses (RAW/DNG vs an exposure bracketed stack).
