TWIZZY
Why are my placed images (3000 x 3000 pixels) in a 300 x 300 pixel canvas pixelated? What am i missing?
Alfred
Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @TWIZZY. Why would your placed images be anything but pixellated when you’re asking the program to substitute one pixel for every hundred of the original ones? TWIZZY
the original image is 3000x3000 pixels. When I place the image it shouldnt be pixelated. The resolutuon is way higher. Im sizing it down not up.
carl123
If you placed it on a 30 x 30 pixel canvas or even a 3 x 3 pixel canvas would you still expect the image not to be "pixelated" in some way Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. TWIZZY
You dont understand. The original image is 3000 x 3000 pixels at 72 dpi. I place the image into a 300x300 canvas at 72 dpi. It shouldnt be pixelated. It should be smooth. Im not upsizing the image.
