In the past I had software that would create a surround video but that was about 15 years ago. I cannot remember the name of the software or the file format but it could have been *.mov. I got the impression from the Serif publicity that Affinity photo could create a 360 degree surround video and one of the YouTube tutorials shows one, but only to show how to edit it, not create it. I wasn't thinking of using facebook, but why do you ask? Affinity Photo can only edit 360° panoramas, not create them.
