rwessel Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 We've had an employee working remotely using Affinity Designer as a demo on Windows to see if it served their needs. Having confirmed that it did, we bought a licence code and forwarded it to them. They've reported that Affinity Designer just says the demo has expired and doesn't prompt for a licence code. Do we need to uninstall and reinstall, or can I suggest some other method? Quote
Staff DWright Posted June 22, 2018 Staff Posted June 22, 2018 You will need to download the full version from you Affinity account and send this to your remote worker and they will need to uninstall the trial version and install the full version using the product key that you sent them. Quote
Staff Patrick Connor Posted June 22, 2018 Staff Posted June 22, 2018 We are working on a version that will do exactly what you are asking for, but it is not ready for release yet, so not helpful in your case sorry. When that version is released the trial and the paid for version will be the same build and applying a product key will keep functionality after the trial would have ended.
