Why 100px "radius" limitation ?

Recommended Posts

Hello Affinity team and good evening.

I daily use Affinity Photo in my iPad Pro 12.9 second generation (2017) and I'm wondering why you have given this limitation to this version of the App.

I mean: why I can't apply "Effects" with a radius bigger than 100px? Or why I can't apply a Gaussian Blur live filter (also without using live filter) with a radius bigger than 100px?

I often work on 6K x 4K images (or higher) and having such a limitation is really a bad thing for me.

The same limitation doesn't exist on the Desktop version of the App.

Please, let  me know something.

Thanks a lot and have a nice day.

Thanks,

Hi GabrielM and thanks a lot for the quick reply.

Do you know when this update will be released (more or less)?

I ask because I'm deeply leveraging on my iPad Pro in this period, for my job.

Regards.

I wait the next fixed version of Affinity Photo for iPad Pro but meanwhile this saves me!
