I am trying to reinstall affinity designer on my laptop (windows 10 home). During install it says it needs to install the .net framework. It starts extracting the files but then says 'an error was encountered. unspecified error'. item installation failed. Microsoft .net framework 4.6.2. Error code: 16389. Setup will now exit. Have you tried installing the .net framework on its own - you might get a more helpful error message.
