Can I reset color palette to black / white (screenshot)

Hi folks,

please apologize my limited english skills - it´s not my native language. I´d like to know how to reset these two color circles in the color palette to black and white (red arrow). I need the standard b/w for further image manipulation. Is there an easy way to achieve this?

You can do as @owenrsuggests or there is a permanent black and white in the Swatches panel.

Just as an aside, your English seems fine to me ... including avoiding the superfluous "u" in the word "color" that the Brits seem so fond of.
