How do you export Portrait Jpegs where you want one side to be a set size (for example 1080 pixels).

I've used Lightroom and this is straightforward as it ignores the "Long" side, but when I tried it in Affinity Photo I got a squashed image.

I would welcome any assistance

You just need to ensure that the width and height are linked. The lock icon between them must be locked. Then enter the value you want in the dimension you want.
