Hello

I'm not a designer but I'm quite tech savy, or so I've been told.  I started my own business a couple of years back and have always relied on another to sort my logo, business cards, posters etc but it frustrated me that I couldn't do this myself.

I downloaded the Affinity trial yesterday.  So far, I love it.  I find it easy to use for what I want BUT........... the files I receive from my friend are .eps files or .pdf files.
All of the .eps files I had on m computer have now been automatically converted to affinity designer files and can't be opened by someone who doesn't have affinity.

Is there a way of saving them in another format?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Many Thanks
Tanya

Files are not automatically converted - what you're seeing is the operating system using the AD logo to indicate that AD will be used to open the files.  Unless you've changed them yourself they're still .eps files.
