TIFFS open as pure green images

Recommended Posts

...not the same case with Photoshop.

Latest public release of Affinity on W10.

I don't want to upload the file to the forum, is there a bug report email I can send into?

Edit: Image was sourced from a Xerox scanner. It looks like the scanner called it a TIFF but photoshop wouldn't open the image until I renamed it .jpg. Photoshop opens the image flawlessly however Affinity still opens the image and renders it a solid green color

All done, it's clearly something Xerox have done. Probably wrapped the image in a wrong format or something.

Most apps open it though. Interested too to see what's happening with this.

Thanks for the file.

I can confirm it opens up green in Affinity on Windows and Mac. Photoshop will open it on Windows and Mac too. However, Preview on Mac cannot read it but Photos on Windows can. There's definitely something not right with it. I'll see if dev can understand what is going on. Cheers :)
