I’ve tried multiple tutorials and can’t seem to find out how to create a selection and then move and resize just that selection. I basically want to do a free transform like you can do in Photoshop. If it's a selection from one layer, you can simply go to the Selection Persona, make your selection, go back to Photo Persona, switch to Move Tool and you can "free" transform it.
