If you put the picture of the flag down 1st and then add some Artistic text on top of the flag. Now on the Layers tab, drag the text layer down until you get a vertical blue bar appear next to the flag layer and if you release the mouse, the text will now be filled with the image Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
