Fravin
After years using Adobe apps I'm quite comfortable to use alt+Mouse Wheel to zoom in and out. In Designer for Windows the default shortcut is Control + Mouse Wheel. Is there a way to use alt key instead?
toltec
No, but if you press Alt and then drag a marquee, Designer zooms to the Marquee area. Press Alt and click and it zooms out. You can also press the Z key and drag left or right to zoom in or out. Pressing Z again toggles to the previous tool. or set the Preference to this and there is no need to press the Alt key, the wheel just zooms. Interestingly, that ignores the Alt key so if you press Alt by mistake, it still zooms. However, ticking that option stops you using the wheel to pan the document but you can press the middle button and drag the image (or press Ctrl and turn the wheel) to pan. You can also press the spacebar and drag to pan. Not exactly what you want but it might help until you retrain your muscles Fravin 1 Quote Windows PCs. Photo and Designer, latest non-beta versions.
