If you start up the MS Store and load up your purchase history or i think it could be called be Library , it should show Affinity and hopefully an option to install or open it. I don't have access to a Windows PC at the moment, so can't check this till morning. But if the above doesn't work, i'm sure someone with a Windows PC will post and point you in the right direction Follow @MEB post's. You have to buy a license for Mac in the Mac App Store.
