tyler
I'm sure this has been brought up plenty of times, and I've researched it myself over the Internet, but I have not found a way to resolve the issue yet. I have my base layer selected. It is in pixel mode. It is unlocked. I select the blur tool. I have everything cranked up to 100%. I click & drag & click & drag. Absolutely nothing happens. I set the same tool to smudge mode. Finally it works. But, both the blur and sharpen tool do absolutely nothing. I don't believe I'm doing anything wrong, because why would the smudge tool work and nothing else? What's the issue here? Is my file too big (over 60MB)? And if so, what's the quick fix to that? Thank you for your time.
DM1
Not sure what you mean by click and drag but if you have a pixel layer with colour and select blur brush and brush the edge of the layer it blurs.
