voitek
Sometimes when exporting the project, Designer adds additional pixels to file dimensions, even if all objects are within and none of them are crossing the frame. Why is this happening?
Staff MEB Posted May 8, 2018 Staff Share Posted May 8, 2018 Hi voitek, Make the X,Y coordinates of that artboard integer values (remove the decimal part) in the Transform panel and it will export with the correct dimensions. To prevent this from happening enable Force Pixel Alignment in the main toolbar (and make sure Move By Whole Pixels - the button immediately on the right - is disabled otherwise the decimal values will be kept when you move the artboards. Note that If you duplicate the Artboards in the workspace pressing ⌥ (option/alt) and dragging them you are overriding the Snapping options (including Force Pixel Alignment), so use ⌘ (cmd) instead to duplicate them (it honours the snapping settings). voitek 1 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference

p_scrimshaw
Good workaround but it would be great if the export persona didn't round up the export size based on the artboard being between whole pixels. Slip this in the Beta and its cream cakes on me !
