exploremoar Posted May 4, 2018 Share Posted May 4, 2018 Photos has a new habit of crashing when I’m trying to load RAW files. Using an iPad Pro and importing from a sony a6500. At first the RAW (not even raw+JPEG files) are loading as PNGs in the regular persona. Now when I try loading the same file it crashes. Any ideas? Are you using the Import From Photos option in Affinity Photo? If so how have you imported that RAW file into Apple Photos - have you imported it directly from a card reader connected to the IPad or was it added (uploaded) to Apple Photos importing it to Apple Photos on your Mac and letting it sync through iCloud?
