Advised config for Photo Affinity / Windows

Recommended Posts

I am browsing the site and available documentation such as tutorials but can't find any place where is displayed information related to the minimal required configuration so that Photo Affinity runs properly under Windows. Is there a place where is stored this information ?

Note I am currently with Windows 7 / Core i7 pro and it takes hours to load raw files.  I am obviously not considering acquiring a Mac

Hi rxdero,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

Note that Affinity Photo is not intended to manage/work on several files at the same time, applying the same settings to a photoshoot and similar functions like in Lightroom, Aperture and similar programs that "bundle" a DAM and a RAW converter/developer in one package. It's more comparable to Adobe Camera RAW + Adobe Photoshop where you open and develop a RAW file in Camera RAW (in Develop Persona in the case of Affinity Photo) then move on to Photoshop for further localised work (Photo Persona in the case of Affinity Photo).
