Abdo23 Posted May 1, 2018 Share Posted May 1, 2018 I have a Rectangle shape and I would like to add extra anchor points exactly at the centre of each edge. when I hover over the edge the smart guide doesn't show. Staff MEB Posted May 1, 2018 Staff Share Posted May 1, 2018 Hi Abdo23, Welcome to Affinity Forums Use a vertical and horizontal guide to mark the middle points of the rectangle (the guides will snap to the middle of the rectangle if you have snapping enabled), then with the Node Tool place a point over the rectangle path and drag it to the intersection between the guide and the rectangle edge.
