Hotkey search? Similar to search in preferences

I don't want to dig through hotkey menus to find the hotkey for a function. Is there a hotkey search like how you can for the preferences in general? If not, that'd save time.

Unfortunately there isn't currently this function in Affinity, however it has been requested previously here and here and so it hopefully may be implemented in a later update

The organization of the hotkeys in the Keyboard Shortcuts preference is the same as in the application menus. So for example, if you set the first popup to "Draw" & the second one to "File," the list will begin with the first item on the Draw Persona File menu, followed by the one for the next menu item, & so on.

 

So if you know which application menu the item appears in, it makes it much easier to find it in the list.

Right well that makes sense @R C-R. That understood, I still think a hotkey search would be useful, @Dan C Less digging through menus (as a general philosophy) the better!
