This is still not possible on Affinity Designer. Instead I must use decimal code: alt + 0201.

AltGr works as expected on my UK English keyboard. It gives me an acute accent on any vowel (capital or lowercase).

On my French Canadian keyboard, If I configure it to English, then "AltGr + e" displays "é". "AltGr + Shift + e" displays "É".

I don't seem to be able to get an inverted question mark directly via my UK English keyboard. Please explain further.

Well... I don't know why you would need this but here is how I do it. My keyboard is configured so I can toggle it from French Canadian to English Canadian. When in Fr-Ca mode, AltGr + ' puts an acute accent on any typed vowel, a two steps process. This is on Windows 10.

When in Ca-Eng mode, AltGr + ' displays the inverted question mark. I'm sure this behavior changes with keyboard configurations.

Thanks for the clarification, Alain. AltGr+' doesn’t do anything here, but I can always go to the TypeIt Spanish page on the rare occasions when I want to use inverted question marks or exclamation marks.
