exploremoar
Hello all, I have been developing hundreds of RAW photos in AP and its amazing, but after I’m done I have to go in and one by one close all of the images I’ve developed. I wish there were a way to close all of them with a single command, or perhaps a select option so that we could choose multiple to be closed. Thank you! donka
+1 for this. I'm sure others have raised this and ideally we need a way to select and manage multiple images. I would also love a list view instead of thumbnails or the option for smaller thumbnails to make managing a lot of images easier too. wgphoto
+1, but I think this will come with the long-awaited DAM functionality. Quote iPad Pro 12.9 M1/Mac Mini M1, in that order
keiththfc
+1. Can't believe this option isn't already available.
Rhaen
Even if it's just another me too... I just edited a holiday batch of pictures - 74 in total. Closing them one by one - hitting "yes" every time makes it very time consuming. In the end - that's a required step to get rid of the project. So, yes - please make the photos selectable and include a "close photos" button.

I don't think this has anything to do with the DAM functionality. First of all that would be a separate program, and the documents in question are opened in this program. Secondly this is discussing management of the state of documents being opened, not the simultaneous manipulation of the documents themselves. lepr
donka
Any word from Affinity team on this? It seems like an important feature than needs to be added.

Otherwise, how do we know if it would be a separate app or built into the existing apps? As far as functionality, let's agree to disagree. From the discussions that I've seen over the past few years where Serif has participated, DAM functionality has always been presented as a separate application. fde101 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.
