Change values with "alt" & scroll wheel

Hello,

 

changing the line height and baseline of text with "alt" and scroll wheel in 0.1 steps does not work. Is this a normal behaviour or a bug?

What OS are you using?

It's not working here as well (on Mac). I will check if this is already logged and fill a bug report in case it's not.

Are you using Mac or PC and which product? Using AD on windows, rolling the scroll wheel while hovering over the width or height in the transform panel increases/decreases in increments of 1. Holding down the control key while rolling the mouse wheel changes it in increments of .1. Holding down shift while rolling the mouse wheel changes it in increments of 10.

On the Mac versions the alt/option key changes the field value by 1/10 & the shift key by 10. However, in the Character panel, this works only for the Shear value & for the Horizontal or Vertical Scale value only for the Shift 10x change. Tracking changes by 5% whether any modifier key is used or not. Baseline & Leading Override change by 1 unit whether any modifier key is used or not.

I´m using Affinity Designer on macOS Sierra (10.12.6).

On Mac it´s the "alt/option" key as already mentioned. And only the line height and baseline of text are not working in 0.1 and 10 increments, all other values work fine.

FWIW, I am using High Sierra 10.13.4 & as I mentioned earlier, in the Character panel only the Shear value works for both the 0.1 & 10 increments.

There's some inconsistencies between the fields in the Character panel regarding honouring the shift/alt modifiers and also across platforms (Windows/Mac). This is now logged to be looked at. Thanks all.
