Affinity Designer 1.6.1 Deleted the Colour Pallet In Swatches

Hello

I am in need of some help. I accidentally deleted the Colour Pallet In Swatches. It now shows Gray and Gradients How can add that back

I am running a and MacBook Pro MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 & Affinity Designer 1.6.1

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to Affinity Forums 

Go to menu Affinity Designer ▸ Preferences, Miscellaneous section and click the Reset Fills button.
