That is sad,cause if I would like to use it from Windows Store, I would have to buy it again and if I install it, I would have 2 indentical softwares on my pc.
I hope you take notice on this and fix that in the future :)

There is nothing to fix. The Affinity Store version is sold by Serif and requires a product key, but the Microsoft Store version is sold by Microsoft and doesn't need a product key because it's tied to your Microsoft account. Since Microsoft and Serif don't share data about individual customers, there would be no way to connect the two purchases.

 

Why do you want to switch, anyway? The only advantage I can see is that updates are more automated. On the downside, you don't have an installer file that you can run without an Internet connection, and you can't participate in customer beta tests because that currently requires a product key.
