Affinity Photo Crashes On Startup

Did the Clear User Data dialog pop up when you did that? If not, please try again, making sure that you press and hold the Ctrl key before you launch the app. You will need to continue holding it down until the dialog appears (or until the app window appears, if the dialog fails to show up for some reason).

Did you try the ‘Select All’ option? You’ll lose things like custom macros, but that’s the least of your worries if you can’t even launch the program at the moment!
