Ecifircas
Hey, I have been working a few times with files with lots of images. I sometimes don't want to compress them before I am sure of how big they will be in the layout, so I add them in original resolution. Once I am done with the placement, I would like to rasterize them. But when I select multiple images and click "rasterize", only a single one of them is rasterized. It would seem logical to me that the operation applies to the entire selection. Alternatively would be a option "rasterize all images". This way, once you have all images the size you want them, you can rasterize them all in one click and drastically reduce the file size. If you import a JPEG, the resulting object in the Affinity document remains JPEG-encoded, but rasterising the Image object creates a Pixel object that will be losslessly compressed in the file and could consume significantly more storage even when it has a smaller resolution than the JPEG. Thanks, that's good to know. Do you know where I can find more information (or a tutorial) on managing the file size? I am systematically struggling with huge file sizes for many of my Affinity files.
