What do you guys think about the logos being updated? I think they look pretty poor. More like this? I was a lot more strict geometrically. Don't mind criticism.

Hi @christopherrestall Nice, really nice.

i mind read what other have to say but for me i believe there are missing things such as the impression layers that we can see in the official logo but also when you look at Designer logo it's more about a Pen drawing a line from outside the canvas.

i believe, you should consider to bring some superposition that will help others to make distinction between the different layers that characterizes the Affinity Logo.

Your logo idea is goodd but the color looks too washed up.

@Fatih19 Yes, I agree, maybe too bright.

On the contrary, the colours are not bright enough! Too light, perhaps, rather than lacking saturation, but they need perking up a little, and there’s currently too much of a shift away from the established blue, purple and orange base colours for the three apps.

 

You’ve lost the nib of the pen in the Designer logo, and I’m not sure that cutting off the corners of the inner triangle works very well (particularly for the Publisher logo) but you’ve introduced some interesting ideas.
