imagegod
In Photoshop, there's an option to dodge/burn shadows/mid/highlights only...for some reason, I can't find that in Affinity. I've searched the forums/Google, and all I see is all sorts of stuff about 'masks'. I looked under 'More', but that option seems to be missing. Is there a specific 'dodge/burn' shadow/mid/highlights in Affinity? If not, is there a work-around? Thanks all!
Staff James Ritson Posted April 3, 2018 Staff Share Posted April 3, 2018 Hey, on the context toolbar for the Dodge/Burn brush tools you should have a Tonal Range dropdown that allows you to target Shadows/Midtones/Highlights - think this is what you're after? Hope that helps! imagegod
That's it! For some reason, the most recent update (1.6.4.104) has the 'tonal' option hidden all the way to the right with an arrow...or perhaps that's just a function of my small screen. In any case, I've got it. Many thanks, much appreciated!
