It’s actually quite a common question, but unfortunately the answer is ‘No’: your licence for the Mac version came from the Mac App Store, but (since Apple don’t share data about individual customers) there’s no way for Serif to verify that you already own a licence, so you have to buy it again. Even when Serif start selling the Mac versions through their own Affinity Store, I don’t think this will change.
