Marley_Mac
Hello, I recently downloaded the 10-day trial version of Affinity. While I had this trial, I was working on a project of mine using it. Then, after the ten days had gone by, I realized I had forgot to export my photo into some other file before the trial expired, and now I'm stuck with an unfinished project I have no way of opening. Does anybody know how I would go about opening/exporting this project without having to purchase the full program?
Staff stokerg Posted March 31, 2018 Staff Share Posted March 31, 2018 Hi Marley_Mac and Welcome to the Forums, You can't open it without the program. If you'd like to attach it here, i've no problem exporting it for you or i'm sure one of the Forums regulars will also help if they spot your reply before i do Just let us know the export format and size
R C-R
There are 2 Affinity apps, Affinity Designer & Affinity Photo. Either one can open files saved by the other. So an alternative that might work for you if you have trialed one of the apps but not the other is to trial that one & open & export your files from it. Of course, it would be best to buy one (or both) of the apps if you like how they work enough to keep using them. stokerg 1 Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.4.1 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 Affinity Photo 1.10.8; Affinity Designer 1.108; & all 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.

Marley_Mac
Thanks for the feedback guys, I think I'll go with R C-R's suggestion and just download the trial for Designer and then export it. Thanks again for your help.
