Styles Creation Question

I am using Photo for a couple of months now and I see that I cannot save styles. I can only import them.

I am trying to make gel text as I want them.

If I use Designer, will I be able to save styles to use inside Photo, or export them to Photo?

When you say that you " see that I cannot save styles" ?

Do you mean that you don't know how to, or that it isn't working for you for some reason?

Normally you just select the style and add it to an existing category, or you can first create a new category.  You can then export the styles if you wish.

If you click on the burger menu, you can export your styles and use your Designer styles in Photo, or vice versa.

 

 

or do you mean Text Styles ?

 

You don't really need to Export text styles because if you import all the styles from any Affinity document. Use the Import option and find a document, Affinity will import all the text styles used in it.

 

I don't think you can export a range of text styles.

I did not had a category open whereto the export had to happen.
