I have already explained that your method for calculating the angle does not take into account the mapping between screen & document coordinates, & why if that is done it would not work well for small rotational increments. The rotation center is (assuming snapping was done to set it) already defined in document coordinates, but the pointer's position is not. That has to be taken into account.
