I heard that Affinity doesn't have any plans on making said software. Maybe it's better that you don't.    Instead, I think you should integrate yourself with existing video software. Maybe even collaborate with the company to make bridge between Affinity photo and designer to their video software. Example of company that you can possibly collaborate with is blackmagic design.
