Hello,
About CSS generator, on Affinity Designer, I draw a rectangle with the gradient background and the shadow. I copy CSS generator on this drawing then I paste on the CSS file. I'm asking you if you can add the program in Affinity Designer. Is it possible ?

It must look at the drawing and create colour and shape code is my guess, maybe it's this: http://css3generator.com or http://html-css-js.com/css/generator/ or something else?

Affinity Designer (ADe) at present, does not have any code export options and I doubt for the foreseeable future such a thing would even be considered. Personally I would recommend you take the time to learn how to code in CSS manually, this enables you to understand what is happening when you add CSS and also to troubleshoot when things don't go to plan.
