Staff MEB Posted March 19, 2018 Staff Share Posted March 19, 2018 Hi Bruno2018, Welcome to Affinity Forums Affinity Designer only imports what's included in the PDF stream of the Ai file (you must check PDF compatible file in Illustrator for it to be included). Objects laying outside the artboards are not included in this PDF stream and as such cannot be imported. Regarding export it's not possible to export directly to Ai. You have to export your as PDF or SVG and then import those formats from within Ai.
