evtonic3
I'm trying to create a color pattern image brush that would have a transparent background, so I save as a png without the background. When I create the image brush and select the image, the color has shifted. Really apparent in the blue/teal color. Why?
dutchshader
Is the blend mode of the brush set to normal? evtonic3
No they don't. I don't use a separate file to create anything, since I can create inside the existing doc and just save the selection without a background, does that make sense? evtonic3
This doc is in CMYK.
walt.farrell
Having a CMYK document would explain your problem, then, as your brush colors will be RGB since that's all that the PNG format supports.
