Raw File Thumbnails? (split)

How do I get my photos (RAW files), to show up on desktop?  They show up as Affinity Logos.  I want to see the images so I can select what I want?

I assume from one of your other posts that you are using a Mac. If so, you can right-click on an empty spot on the Desktop in Finder, select "Show View Options" from the popup menu, & make sure the item outlined in red is ticked:

You can use a similar feature for Finder windows set to display Icon or Cover Flow views. "Show View Options" is an item on the Finder View menu & its keyboard shortcut is CMD+J.

Affinity Photo 1.6.11.85 & Affinity Designer 1.6..4.45 for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iOS 12.1.1
