HI,

Recently, I read on the forum of another software of treatment, that to let operate only one core of the processor allowed a better speed because the software had difficulties to manage several core in the processor ...
What about  affinity?

Tks

Dan

Hi Danel,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

Affinity apps take advantage of both the speed and number of cores of a processor depending on the tasks they are executing, so ideally the higher the number of cores and core's speed the better the performance of the apps.
